Hi
I bought broken rf2000v printer.
Filament was stuck inside hotend.
I have managed to clean all of it but there is one question.
Almost all of hotend its fi 3mm diameter inside for filament guide.
Parts made from peek seems to have 4mm diameter of guide.
Is it right for 1.75mm ?
Original E3d has something abuto 2mm i think - and its work ok.
Maybe it is a problem with hotend.
I also bought new one from conrad shop and it seems to look a same.

Hi Filip
I don´t know what you got.
Your broken printer sems to be some ... ?
The brass intake of the V3 Hotend has got a tapered bore with an upper inner diameter of 2.58 mm and a lower inner diameter of 2.52 mm.
Its scrwed in a pipe out of PEEK.
In this PEEK part there is a little PTFE tube with an inner diameter of 1.85 mm.
In the lower the next part, the heat break, brass too, got an inner diameter of 1.95 mm.
This measurements where taken off on parts from Conrad no third party products.
My in this time used Micro Swiss 0.2 mm Nozzels got an inner diameter of 2.1 mm.
Seems to be OK for 1.75 mm filaments.
Sorry for my english its not my natural language.
