Heat Bed Scan Problem

Hallo,
Ich habe seit langem riesige Probleme mit dem Heat Bed Scan.
Ich habe schon einen neuen Z Endschalter, wie hier im Forum beschrieben eingebaut.
Der Heatbedscan ist zwar in 50% der Fällen erfolgreich, allerdings bekomme ich währenddessen einige Fehlermeldungen.
Ich Poste unten mal den Log während des Scans.
War der Scan erfolgreich und ich beginne zu drucken, so bekomme ich in 50% der Fällen gesagt, dass die Kompensations Matrix nicht gültig ist.
Bekomme ich diese Meldung nicht, so ist der Z Abstand trotzdem nicht 100% richtig. Entweder haftet die erste Schicht nicht richtig, oder der Druck ist zu hoch, sodass das Ritzel frisst.
Ich habe mir vor einigen Tagen eine CFK Platte auf das Heatbed gebaut, damit ich eine glattere Oberfläche habe, das hat leider auch nichts gebracht.
