Zum digit Wert, der in der Beschreibung angesprochen wurde:

F: 1042 digit

Der ist also unter 3000. Keine Ahnung was hier nicht passt.

Danach hab ich aus versehen die Werkseinstellungen angeklickt. Speichern müsste aber mit Setze Werkstück: 1 (bzw. 2,3...) gehen. Im Englischen Menü steht "Set Work Part:". Ich habe das mit der RF.01.10 gemacht.

Danke mal für den Hinweis der neuen Firmware.

Meine hatte ich ja vor 5 Tagen und die damalige Beta aufgespielt gehabt. Mit der jetzigen neuen Firmware hatte sich natürlich die Baudrate geändert gehabt und das mich wieder ein paar Haare verlieren lassen ...

Ich glaube, jetzt bei der neuen Firmware wurde der Scan gut beendet.

Was ich auch drauf kam, wie ihr geschrieben habt, auch wenn ich Z orign setze, das es der RF1000 am Anfang setzt und ich da besser nicht den Fräser einschalte. Dann setzt er den z orign.

Enable Miller stimmt in der Praxis nicht, ich hatte ihn ausgeschaltet.

Also was ich jetzt tat:

An alle Home Punkte fahren
Beim Werkstück X/Y Start und Endpunkte setzten. Einen Werkstückscan durchführen. (dabei hat er an zwei Positionen das Werkstück berüht, was in Ordnung ist bei alle 20 mm und einem 40*10 Werkstück. (meines ist Eben)

Nach dem Scan mit dem Fräser wieder zum Werkstück fahren.

Das Programm gestartet (nicht den Fräser). Es wurde Wieder Z Orign gesetzt, hinauf (vom Werkstück weg) gefahren und dort steht jetzt der Fräser....

Also auf 3 Fehler kam ich mit eurer Hilfe schon drauf. Danke!

1) jedes Mal alle Achsen auf Home fahren
2) ich hatte seit 3 Tagen nicht mehr die aktuelle Firmware
3) Den Fräser nicht gleich einschalten

Nur funktionieren tut es noch immer nicht.

Das mit dem Speichern Set Work Part 1 usw. Da kann ich drauf drücken, dann kommt ein Stern. Ich kann die Zahlen ändern und wieder zurück.

Kam dann die Meldung "Starte Fräser" (bzw. "Start Miller")? Falls du noch Menü für die Z-Kompensation bist, musst du da raus, auf die oberste Ebene, sonst sieht du die Meldung nicht.
Falls, die Meldung kommt, den Fräser starten und dann die Play Taste drücken, da der Drucker an dieser Stelle pausiert.
